This award winning family run regional contracting company have been trading in excess of 100 years and have built a strong, credible reputation as a builder of choice for many organisations across the Thames Valley region.
As a result they are in a period of growth and this can only be facilitated by the recruitment of a couple of key members to their senior management team. In this they are keen to recruit another Contracts Manager to join their Contracts Director in the project delivery team.
As Contracts Manager you will be joining an organisational structure which consists of 1 existing contracts manager reporting to the contracts director who in turn reports to a highly involved and approachable MD. Reporting into you will be project and site management teams, employed trades and a number of back office staff to support you. Staff with a long history of employment in the business and can count themselves as part of the team for upwards of 50 years.

The ideal candidate will be someone looking for career progression and to take their first steps into the role of Contracts Manager having amassed a number of years` experience moving up through the management ranks on projects. The business operate across the Thames Valley region and projects range from £20k – £5M and span most sectors including; local authority, education and affordable housing.
If you have a pedigree of employment with a solid regional contractor, have proven ability to lead and deliver projects and are looking to take the next step on your career ladder into Contracts Management then we are keen to talk with you. As this is a regional contractor it is also imperative that you live within a commutable distance to their operational area, Berkshire, North Hampshire, South Oxfordshire or East Wiltshire being ideal.
