Salary: £30,000 – £33,600 per year

An opportunity to join an expanding and progressive company as a Compliance Administrator in a fast-paced and varied environment. As a Compliance Administrator, your role will be to provide support to clients, field-based Business Development Managers and third parties. You will ensure compliance and resolve any queries in an efficient manner. Benefits include free parking, performance reviews and rewards, plus a modern, open-plan office working environment. In addition to this our client is offering the successful candidate hybrid working with will include 1-2 days working from the office.

To apply for the Compliance Administrator role, you need to be a confident communicator with a strong level of written and verbal skills. As well as this you need to hold great organisational skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment – previous experience with compliance is also desired.

Key Responsibilities:

o Complete all types of applications including:

o Transfer of premises licence

o Permit notifications

o Notification of interest in licence

o Full/minor variation of licence

o Pay annual renewal fees for licence upon renewal date

o Telephone support to clients with any queries

Other responsibilities:

o Keep all systems up to date on a timely basis with valid and accurate information

o Provide day to day customer service to the field teams and customers

o Produce due-diligence packs for clients to comply with the legal conditions

o Produce relevant and timely communications with clients to ensure that they are informed of changes in the relevant laws

Essential Skills:

o Enthusiastic, pro-active, and motivated individual

o Strong communication skills both written and verbal

o Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise and workloads whilst working to tight timescales

o Strong Word / Excel skills (including mail merge)

o Interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as a team and on an individual basis

o Strong attention to detail

Desirable skills:

o Previous licensing experience
