Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

COMMUTABLE FROM: Hull, Cottingham, Willerby, Hessle, Brough, Beverly, South Cave, Hedon, Keyingham, Barton upon Humber, Bishop Burton

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

• £36,000 – £42,000 per annum

COMPANY INFORMATION: My client is an Energy Solutions Provider who have come up with new innovative technology in the Renewable Energy sector.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Experience with Manual Lathe, Manual Mill, Band Saw Pillar Drill
• NVQ / Apprentice trained
• Welding (advantageous)
• Engineering drawings
• Good Communication
• Mechanical / Fitter experience

ROLE INFORMATION:

• Using various workshop processes to machine metals and plastics.
• Processes include Manual 3 axis vertical mill, 2 axis Manual Lathe, pillar drill etc.
• Review drawings and work with designers to improve machinability.
• Working to tight tolerances to ensure standards are kept high
• Precisely measuring parts made to match drawings
• Supporting the R & D requirements of the company.
• Responsible for upkeep of machines and machine tooling requirements.
