Fidelity International, one of the world’s largest investment firms, are looking to recruit ambitious Client/Customer Service professionals to join their growing team in Surrey, UK.

Fidelity International Ltd, or FIL for short, is a company that provides investment management services including mutual funds, pension management and fund platforms to private and institutional investors.

What will this job entail?

This job is within the Client Services Function of Fidelity International where you will be answering calls and queries from a range of customers, Financial Advisors and pension schemes members.

Your general day to day will include but not be restricted to the following tasks;

• Answering calls and assisting with queries regarding accounts or memberships
• Liaising with your team members and managers daily to ensure best practices are in place
• You will be required to conduct administration tasks related to the conversations you will be having with your clients or customers
• There is a requirement to stay on top of learnings and training that will be provided to you.
• This is a team environment, and we will have many new starters over the coming months so you will need to assist and help train whenever there is a need.

What skills or qualifications will I need to?

• First and foremost, you need to be proficient to a business working standard in English as you will be working with clients in the UK market only.
• You need to have a desire to work in Financial Services – this is a must have!
• This is a team environment so you will need to be okay working and supporting others
• There is a requirement to complete an induction and exams related to your position early in your career with Fidelity.
• You need to have experience working on the phone as this role is primarily a calls environment.
• There are many systems in FIL that you will need to become proficient in so you will need to be technical and enjoy working with new technology.

What are the Salary and benefits for this opening?

• 35hrs per year with a starting salary of £28,800
