Client Director – Managed Services – Health Sector

I am currently recruiting for a leading independent provider of managed communications services currently going from strength to strength in the market. Due to growth they are currently in search of a Client Director to cover the South East of England.

The Client Director will further exploit the organisations capabilities in the Health vertical market within the Public Sector Team. This person is required to be best of breed in Account Management & New Business Sales – to be able to motivate their team, to coach and develop them to be the best that they can be, but also to drive vision and strategy into their customers, both of which must ultimately result in exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
*The Client Director, along with the head of Public Sector, will have responsibility for developing new brand including defining the offering, creating marketing materials and ‘go to market’ strategy
*Account Management
*The Client Director will have management responsibility for all direct reports and will be expected to guide and coach these individuals to provide the best support for both the team and the customers.

Requirements
*Proven track record in selling new products/services to existing customers of a value of > £500k
*Proven experience over exceeding personal targets in a Telecoms environment
*Experience in working with Health-specific customers demonstrating an understanding of the sector
*Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team to achieve within a target oriented environment
*Strong experience within Managed Services
