Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Client Account Manager based in Bedford for a well-established logistics company.

Salary: £30,000 per annum
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

The role…

As the Client Account Manager your role will involve the following important duties:

• Maintain regular contact with Clients and build strong relationships with them.
• Achieve financial and service targets.
• The retention, development and profitability of designated clients.
• Develop a detailed understanding of the client organisations, creating and maintaining a dossier of key client information.
• Provide information to allow for the monitoring and management of client profitability on their own accounts. 
• Get actively involved in the onboarding of new clients.

The experience required…

As a successful Client Account Manager you will have the following:

• Experience within a similar role.
• A people person with strong relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail. 
• Computer literate. 
• Able to multitask and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
