My client based in Central London is looking an experienced cleaner to carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in all communal internal and external areas, voids and properties and low level maintenance tasks as specified in the cleaning schedule, using mechanical equipment where appropriate.

– Ability to work unsupervised.
– Working to deadlines.
– Be able to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
– Able to provide simple written reports and record numerical data.
– Have the ability to use tools and equipment safely and correctly, and to adopt safe working practises.
– Ability to identify problems and opportunities and propose solutions.
– Demonstrate commitment to customer care.

Perfect candidate would have up to date enhanced DBS/standard DBS and provide references for last 5 years.
