Claims & Complaint Advisor

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per year

I am currently working with a leading insurance based company, who are looking to add experienced Claims and Complaint advisors to their existing team.

The roles will be office based (until fully trained, where part working from home is an option)

I am looking for candidates with a minimum of two years experience working within a telephone based customer service, claims or sales positions (ideally within an insurance setting but not a deal breaker)

The role will consist of:

* Direct customer service, with customers over the telephone, in an office based setting.

* Dealing with incoming complaints

* Resolution handling

* Case Management

* Managing claims process from start to finish

* Cross selling & upselling of services

* Providing accurate and appropriate information at all times

* Working as part of a team, but also being able to work under your own initiative

* Adhering to company service level agreements, and industry standards

* Achieving personal, and team KPI’s with regards to company set policies

* Completion of any required industry training, to enable you to remain an industry professional

In return my client are offering a competitive starting salary of £26,000 – £30,000per yeardepending upon level of experience within the insurance industry. These roles are full time positions, working 40 hours per year on a shift pattern.

There are various set shift patterns available for these positions including such as:

* 7am – 7pm 3 on 3 off

* 9am – 9pm 3 on 3 off

* 7pm – 7am 3 on 3 off

* Monday to Friday 12 to 9pm

* Monday / Tues / Wed & Fri – 9am to 8pm
