Workplace description: This hotel, enjoys wonderful views across Loch Fyne to the Cowal Hills. In addition to the 20 yards swimming pool and sauna, the hotel also has an outdoor hot tub that overlooks Loch Fyne and a tranquil spa offering a variety of treatments. Nature trails and pony trekking are available around the loch. Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa is also close to Inveraray Golf Club and just 10 miles from Argyll Forest Park.

Main duties and responsibilities: To work approx. 48 hours per week in busy hotel kitchen serving TDH menu and a la carte. Must ensure all health and safety and food hygiene laws are upheld and should be able to run kitchen in the Head Chef and Sous Chef’s absence. Stock control and ordering will be included in the position.

Essential criteria:We are looking for candidates with experience of working as a Chef de Partie and cooking in a high volume kitchen. The ability to cope under pressure and work well as a team player within a growing kitchen team is essential for the role.

Charge for accommodation: 59.00 GBP per week
