£38,400 per annum
In Touch Recruitment are proudly working behalf of prestigious Health and Social care charity to recruit an experienced Care Professional to manager their award winning Care Home in Dumfries.
The well-appointed Home provides care to Elderly residents with particular focus on Dementia Care within a supportive and caring environment. The service offers both full time care and a day care services.
As Home Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operation in the Care Home ensuring high quality care is delivered at all times. You will manage a multi-disciplinary staff team, ensuring staff receive the appropriate training, coaching and mentoring to ensure they are effective in their roles.
You will work to set budgets ensuring the Home is running effectively and efficiently at times.
As Home Manager you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Care Inspectorate regulations and contractual requirements.
The successful candidate will be currently working at either Home or Deputy Management level and hold a qualification in Health and Social Care (Qualified Nurse or Social Worker, SVQ Level 4)
In return my client is looking to pay a competitive salary of up to £38,400 per annum plus a generous holiday allowance and benefits package.
