Senior Building Surveyor/ Building Surveyor

Stafford Lawrence are engaged by a well known multidisciplinary consultancy on a retained search for a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor or MRICS Building Surveyor for a well known Consultancy in the South West. The role is located in the Torquay area.

Our client are a well known bespoke midsized multidisciplinary construction consultancy with many years in the industry, and a wealth of experience.

We are happy to hear from Building Surveyors of all levels who wish to work in the area. Knowledge of Party Wall, Contracts Administration, Building Surveying for either Residential and Commercial is essential.

UK nationals or candidates with a current right to live and work in the UK.

They cover a broad range of sectors from Mixed Use to commercial and Education projects as well as some Arts and Heritage and Sports and Leisure and Residential.

Ideally you will have experience working for a consultancy organisation as a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor and have solid client liaison experience and the ability to work alone and as part of a dedicated team.

N.B Work is from home until further notice, this client will also allow some working from home in the future

SALARY & PACKAGE FOR THE BUILDING SURVEYOR/ SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR

A basic salary of £38,400 – £54,000dependent upon the level of experience i.e a BS role or a Senior BS Role, Pension, Professional fees, Annual Holiday, Plus other benefits.
