Basic to £35K + and car allowance, OTE to c£50K

I’m looking for a really motivated senior recruitment consultant or branch manager who can take hold of a growing industrial recruitment branch, manage the client accounts and grow the team. This is an owner managed business so you will be working closely with the owner, running the branch whilst they develop business. There will be a remit for you to develop business in the future once the team is up and running. 

The business is running well with a healthy margin, and a loyal client base of blue collar industrial and commercial clients needing both temp and perm cover.

This could be a great chance to progress to a management role if you are a senior recruitment consultant, or, take the lead and build a team if you are an experienced manager. 

On-call is shared, and this is a 5dpw office based role.
