BMS Commissioning Engineer – West Midlands & Surrounding areas

I’m supporting a longstanding client with their search for a BMS Commissioning Engineer, they’re keen to speak to applicants that are in a similar position or have a strong desire to support commissioning on projects (BMS service backgrounds and BMS trainees will be considered).

The directors are good people and available for their employees, they have a solid structure and a warm office atmosphere. Currently they have a lot of Trend sites and are naturally quoting for IQvision / Tridium projects too.

Provided the BMS Commissioning Engineer can hit the ground running with Trend commissioning the higher end of the package will be discussed. The BMS Commissioning Engineer can expect to travel in and around the West Midlands area supporting small-medium sized projects.

The BMS Commissioning Engineer as a minimum will have an understanding of BMS Controls and the functionality, the directors would consider a BMS installer or BMS service backgorund with leading products such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens or Struxureware. Once the BMS Commissioning Engineer is up to speed with the skill set required you can expect to have responsibility on full commissioning on site which would include software & graphic modifications, demonstrations & client meetings etc.

The BMS Commissioning Engineer will be paid a basic salary up to £48,000per annum + company car or allowance + company benefits including pension & healthcare.
