Bid Manager

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

My client are a growing Technology and service provider delivering disruptive green technology to the Housing and Construction industries.

They are seeking a Bid Manager to join the Sales team

You will be responsible for:

• Planning and controlling customer RFQ’s to define all costs and risks involved

• Compiling tender and bid documents

• Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers for the success of the tender or bid, alongside the Sales Director and Engineering Teams Reading and interpreting Statement of Works, Procurement Specifications, engineering drawings service offerings and ROI

• Preparing estimates using business system databases.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A background in Service led projects and businesses

• A proven track record of delivering complex bids & tenders

• Good analytical skills, ability to plan, scope and generate complex proposals and bid packages

The company offers a competitive salary of £42,000 – £54,000plus benefits, and fantastic learning and development opportunities.

The role is based out of Bournemouth with some work from home opportunities once embedded.
