Bartender

The Manjal Restaurant is looking for efficient, reliable and hard-working Bartender. This is a great opportunity to join a successful business which offers stability in a well respected organization.

Main duties:

• Deliver excellent custome service, at all times
• Preparing and serving beverages quickly and efficiently
• Making sure the bar area is always well presented
• Maintain record and control of bar stock
• Clean glasses and additional utensils
• Maintain cleanliness to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts
• Keep up to date with current and new products
• Should have the ablity to promote a drink by the presentation
• Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
• Make sure that customers are satisfied with their drinks
• Always adhere to company’s policies and procedures as well as licensing law

Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Knowlege of all basic cocktails and mocktail recipes
• A warm personality, attentive and smartly presentable
• Flexible and reliable with strong work ethic
• Able to work on own initiative and handle pressure
• Must have previous experience (AT LEAST 1 YEAR)
• We expect a honest person and a team handler who could coordinate with the existing team
• Eligible to work in the UK
