About the Company
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join a great quality fresh-food business! The successful candidate will support the General Manager in the daily running of the busy site and will have a real passion for delivering excellent guest experience consistently and they will be someone who is keen to progress and develop themselves further.
This would suit a strong Assistant Manager with previous hospitality experience.

Assistant Manager – Requirements
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY
- Able to assist the General Manager and motivate a team in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Previous hospitality management experience
- Communicate effectively at all levels
- Planning and organising skills
- Excellent attention to detail and standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
- Excellent commercial skills
- Excellent customer care skills
Assistant Manager – Responsibilities
- Assisting the General Manager
- Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service standards
- Ensuring high food quality is maintained
- Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
