We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Commercial Hospitality Manager with VIP experience to take on an exciting challenge with a world renowned venue in the Liverpool area.

As an Assistant Commercial Hospitality Manager you will support the Commercial Hospitality Manager in providing a luxurious dining experience to VIP corporate guests on major event days. You will manage a team of hospitality staff and ensure the delivery of catering, bars and entertainment to the highest standard.

With a number of changes on the horizon you will be joining an organisation at an exciting time in their development, providing you with an opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects which include the creation of new menus, the design and organisation of hospitality space and the recruitment of new staff members.

Working in a fast paced environment you will be used to managing high volume catering, 500 covers minimum, and be capable of managing the demands and expectations of key stakeholders and VIPs.

The key to success in this position is attention to detail and, as a result, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment. This experience will be coupled with an understanding of event catering in a corporate hospitality environment to VIP standards.

Although focussed primarily on providing a world class front of house customer experience this position also requires excellent strategic awareness, the ability to manage budgets and a project management skillset.

The salary for the position is negotiable depending on experience.
