Our client is currently recruiting for an Asset Management Coordinator who will be responsible for implementing their action plan in relation to lower performing properties. This will include reviewing and reporting on the performance of properties, liaising with the Homes & Communities Agency regarding acquisitions, disposals, development and grants and administrating the disposal of property and land. You will also support the completion of financial assessments, statistical returns, reports and approval documentation.

The ideal candidate will be highly numerate with budget management and cash flow forecasting experience. You will have excellent IT skills including using reporting systems to obtain performance information and producing detailed documents. Experience of managing own workloads and meeting deadlines is essential and you must have and understanding of the procurement process and Value for Money.

Due to the nature of this role a full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes is essential.
