Assembly Operative (Nights)
We are looking for an Assembly Operative to work night shifts for our Rotherham based client.
Summary of the Assembly Operative position:
* The Salary: £26,000 per year + a night shift allowance.
* The Location: Rotherham.
* The Hours: Monday- Thursday 17:00 – 03:00.
* The Job: Assembling a variety of components at a workstation using a selection of hand tools, following workflow instructions.
* The Person: No experience necessary, however, to be considered for the Assembly Operative role you will need to be able to demonstrate reliability, and a good level of dexterity.
* The benefits: Overtime available (paid at time and 1/3rd), immediate start, accessible via public transport, training provided, free onsite parking, canteen facilities, weekly pay, and a long weekend every week!

Although no experience is necessary, a successful Assembly Operative might have:
* Good hand-eye coordination.
* A strong work ethic.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
Daily (or nightly) duties of an Assembly Operative include:
* Assembling a variety of components at a workstation using a selection of hand tools, following workflow instructions.
* Quality checking your own work and identifying any defects.

* Salary: £26,000per year for the ideal candidate (equates to around £26,000 per year)
* Night shift allowance: The night shift allowance will increase the basic salary.
* Overtime: Overtime is paid at time and 1/3 – you can make up to £26,000 per year from overtime alone.
