Asbestos Ssurveyor – P402 – Essex

Due to winning new contracts, this established asbestos and environmental consultancy that has a large presence in the UK is actively seeking to recruit 2 competent and reliable Asbestos Surveyors to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Essex area. Ideally, applicants from Harlow, Colchester, Braintree, Brentwood or Chelmsford would be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

Holding the P402 or the equivalent – RSPH qualification is essential and so is previous demonstrable experience working within this role and within the asbestos industry.

Key Tasks:

Carrying out asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various buildings – both commercial and industrial.

Producing comprehensive asbestos reports as and when required.

Building and maintaining good working relationship with the company’s portfolio of clients.

In general, the successful candidate will be an all-rounder, flexible have good work ethic and have the ability to work independently and effectively.

Will have good communication skills, both written and verbal and be well versed with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos.
