Architectural Designer – AutoCAD

Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 per year

Architectural Designer – Remote / Home based – Part of a wonderful expansion, dynamic sme based in the North! Future opportunity to develop a foothold in the South West – Full Time – Permanent role for some fab people!
£36,000 – £48,000basic plus great package / benefits

Growth and development of clients in the South West area so we want to find someone who will work remotely and they will look to open up an office in the future – maybe 1– 2 years time so the opportunity is superb for the right Architectural Designer.
The culture is tight, together and a collaborative working team.

You will have Architectural Designer experience IN the residential market, This is critical.

The minimum you will need:

* AutoCAD experience – 2D focussed

* Great self starter attitude, on the up with your career and future a priority

* Communication skills wit internal stakeholders and customers alike is critical

* Ambition

and….Full expenses for any aspects of the job that require any sort of UK based travel

* Your role will be too establish relationships with new and existing businesses and opportunities in the South West region

* To be able to visit and consult with customers from Birmingham to Bristol ad anywhere in between

You will have 3 – 8 years plus in a similar residential design / architectural role

You will be involved in:
– Surveying
– Designing
– Building regs
