Are you a highly effective team member with the skills to also work independently?

Do you have proven experience with Farm Livestock species; in particular sheep, goats and poultry?

We would like to hear from enthusiastic and motivated candidates with up to date industry experience to join our existing team of animal technicians.

As a team you are integral to helping to shape the development and future of our animal facilities as well as ensuring that our animal collection of over 400 individuals receive high standards of care.

The Animal Care Unit Technician should have a commitment to the provision of current animal husbandry practices and a recognition of the value of education in improving animal welfare.

All the land-based courses at Nescot take place in purpose-built facilities which surround the main campus buildings. Including the Animal Care Centre more than half of the College’s available space is dedicated to supporting the studies in our courses and we are home to a range of exotic, agricultural and companion animals.
