About the Agresso Trainer role

Places for People is implementing Agresso in partnership with unit 4, as the organisation’s Enterprise solution covering Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement and Microsoft CRM; This will impact circa 3000 employees nationwide across the business.

This is a fixed term position term position expected to last for 12 months initially with the potential of being extended. This will be discussed further at interview stage.

Your role as Agresso Trainer will be to provide training solutions (E-learning development and end user delivery) for the core business I.T. applications (Agresso v5.7.1) and MS Office, for new starters and existing colleagues.

A vital facet of this role will be to work with colleagues within IM&T and Agresso ERP Project team to identify the appropriate training solutions required. As the role develops further over time you will work on the design and management of other I.T. solutions in terms of methods of training delivery.

The Agresso Trainer role will be based at our Royce Road office in Hulme, Manchester primarily, however we would encourage all applicants as working locations can be negotiated. Travel will be a key part of the role and a compensation package will be discussed at interview stage.

A current driving licence or access to a means of mobility support is essential.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience of training end users on Agresso. You will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of designing, delivering and evaluating training using Microsoft Office. Production of training materials will also be essential to this role. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changing business needs. Although not essential it would be an advantage to have completed Unit 4 Agresso courses.
