Administrative Assistant needed in Cambridge
I am working on an administrative assistant position whereby the purpose is to provide strong administrative support by maintaining and updating key business documentation and databases and assisting in the smooth running of the office including Reception duties and covering for PA’s as necessary.
Key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Provide first point of contact for a wide range of contacts, ensuring that any caller or visitor receives a professional, courteous and welcoming response.
- Under the guidance of the Office Manager and as part of the Cambridge administrative team, answer phones, greet visitors, prepare rooms and refreshments for visitors, prepare and print documents, assist with Facilities.
- In the absence of any member of the PA team, provide support to senior executives
- Assist with the organisation of key company events.
- Maintain accurate and up to date electronic and manual filing and bring forward systems to enable management information, to be produced when requested.
- Work flexibly with the London administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Maintain and update legal files ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
