Salary: £21.6 per hour

Our client, the leaders in the technology and online industry are currently seeking an Administration Assistant. If successful, you will be at the heart of the UK Branding Sales team’s business operations and activities. You will be supporting 3 busy Sales Directors in the team, including one very senior director, anticipating their needs and helping them to stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You will need to move quickly with the changing environment and stay up to date with the latest products and services. You will also use this knowledge to strategically support your team’s sales activities and projects. In addition to being organised and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
• 2 years of administrative experience in a fast paced, high-tech environment

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies; Interest and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency
• Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices – and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues
• Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
• Excellent grammar and experience drafting correspondence on behalf of manager

Responsibilities:
• Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks for 3 very busy Directors (manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment)
• Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies
• Proactively manage team operations
• On-board and mentor new team members
• Serve as a project manager for team events and projects
