An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant working for a well established company based in Wolverhampton.

Your duties will include resolving invoice queries, liaise with head office accounts to resolve queries, raising daily sales invoices, receipting items of non steel, matching of purchase Invoices to purchase orders, posting of invoices to the ledger Producing reports for daily statistics, produce daily dispatch reports, running month end reports as necessary., providing cover for other members of the team during absence, operate the switchboard, manage incoming and outgoing calls, meet and greet visitors and provide a professional and hospitable welcome, extraction of data into excel and analyse as required other ad hoc tasks as required.

My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is able to join the business and hit the ground running. You must have strong attention to detail, have excellent communication skills and a good level of knowledge on Excel.
