Account Manager – Media

My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their dynamic team!

Are you a high-calibre Account Manager that has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and cross selling?

Duties will include:

– Taking responsibility for newly signed and existing clients

– Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis by telephone and email

– Using your excellent understanding of audio branding to bring value to all clients under your responsibility.

– Managing your clients’ production renewals

– Gaining a high level of knowledge of all company products to maximise personal effectiveness through client retention.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing, client service role, be highly organised, methodical and dedicated to first-class customer service.

Have the ability to work under pressure with a constant outlook when being faced with complex client issues.
