Account Manager – Cleaning & Support Services

A privately owned Independent Cleaning and Support Services founded 40 years ago is now seeking to appoint a Key Account Manager to manage a £4 million portfolio within the M25.

Their client is a brand name specialising in real estate property and management services. You will share their same passion for developing client relationships built on a quality service, collaboration and trust.

You will have gained account management experience in an FM environment. Your management style will be flexible and you will be passionate about training your team and developing them to the next level.

Experience of managing managers, good planning, organisation skills, time management and conducting appraisals are essential skills. You will lead from the front, inspire your team and be an ambassador for your company.
