Account Executive – Food & Drink Pr

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive with food & drink PR experience within a leading London-based PR agency. The successful candidate will work on an exciting range of well-known and global food & drink accounts.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

*Drafting press materials, including releases, newsletters and social media copy
*Compiling and managing media databases
*Researching and monitoring forward features, profile and product placement slots
*Pitching in news and features to key media outlets
*Building and managing relationships with target press contacts
*Preparing status and coverage reports
*Conducting research for new business proposals

The agency is looking for a bright and creative individual who has a genuine interest in the food & drink industry and has experience of working on high-profile campaigns and events. In addition, they need someone who is keen to contribute in brainstorms and campaign development and has the confidence to liaise with clients and journalists. Previous PR agency experience is essential.
