An accomplished industry professional is required to manage the delivery of security services to a prestigious account in Central London. The portfolio is approximately £6million with offices across the capital.

will be accountable for shaping the operational delivery of this account, P&L management, management of site based security managers, client liaison and account growth.

Applicants must have experience in the UK Commercial manned guarding sector working for a service provider.

You should be:

A talented people manager with senior level management experience in the UK commercial manned guarding market as an Account Manager/Director or Regional management level
Commercially savvy with the ability to grow an account
Adept at managing P&L
A strong and engaging people manager

Key duties and responsibilities will include

• Responsibility for the operational & strategic deliver of security to a blue chip client
• Safeguarding of clients assets to include people, buildings and information
• Day to day operational management of a site based security team
• Security policy creation and implementation
• Hold responsibility for implementing crisis management planning
• Undertake threat & risk assessments
• Manage adhoc projects
• Conduct and monitor staff appraisals and encourage further development

You will have the ability to maintain and develop positive working relationships at all levels and be a confident people manager. With excellent interpersonal & communication skills you will be commercially aware with an attention to detail.
