5 Night Concierge for Luxury Apartment Block in West End

We are actively seeking experienced concierge and night porter staff to join a 5* team managing the site of beautifully appointed residential apartments in the heart of London’s West end. The building services run 24hrs to support and assist the executive clients. Residents vary from corporate businesses to wealthy private families, demanding a large degree of discretion and efficiency from the front of house staff. The successful candidate will be required to work night shifts as the team operate 24-7. The role involves amongst other things front desk services, assisting with couriers and post up to residents apartments, concierge requests such as restaurant bookings, theatres, cleaning services. . Understanding and knowledge with a background from a leading hotel will be beneficial. These roles will be recruited on temp to perm basis, offering a basic salary of £29k upon conversion.
