2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer

We are currently seeking a 2nd/3rd line support engineer for one of our highly reputable clients based in Stowmarket. You will manage a number of IT infrastructure requirements for the business internally but also have the opportunity to work on some projects with their external clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: maintenance of servers, technical support across a variety of technologies, work with routers and switches, help maintain the company network, make suggestions to improve the companies IT infrastructure with new technologies and project work.

This role has become vacant as the previous engineer in this position has been promoted into a more senior technical position. This organisation provide training on new technologies and also have a number of career progression opportunities.
