Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a highly dynamic, energetic, hands-on and passionate 2D Communications / Graphic Designer. What we are interested in is someone who embraced a foundation course in graphic design, who appreciates the true art of design. With fresh and edgy creativity, we are looking for someone who is as equally fascinated and skilled with typography, as they are in their visual, artistic and aesthetic abilities.
The candidate will not only have an eye for beautiful imagery, but they will also have a strong sense of effective written communication. This individual should be able to bring a fresh yet thoughtful approach to the agency, helping to elevate the overall quality of the creative and design output.
The company is in a state of transition wanting to evolve our offering from what has been a traditional POS Display Design Agency to a more integrated Retail Marketing and Shopper Communications Agency. This transition is requiring a ‘start-up’ mentality working off a sound client base.
THE PERSON:
Personable, approachable, humble yet with a dynamic and creative design flair.
Must have strong design capabilities with strong communications, branding and graphic understanding.
With the ability to artwork, image-retouch and wants to push the envelope. Should be able to work collaboratively the CD and 3D designers, and be an inspiration to others in the team because their own approach, thinking and creativity.
Must be a brilliant communicator, verbally, written and in their presentation style.
