Our client is a provider of Legal Technology solutions to Law Firms throughout the UK and Europe. Due to continued growth the company are now looking to recruit a 1st line Service Desk Analysts.
The main responsibilities will be to provide excellent 1st line (and some 2nd line) end user support to the managed services clients. You will demonstrate ownership of calls and become proactive in resolving all issues reported to the IT Support team within the agreed SLA’s and timescales and own such issues through to successful resolution, escalating where appropriate.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working in a law firm as part of an IT Support Team (minimum of 2 years)
- Ms Office 2003 & 2010
- Windows XP and 7
- Knowledge of Vmware, Hyper-V or Citrix
- Exchange
- Knowledge of Active Directory administration
- Knowledge of any of the following Legal Applications (highly beneficial): Filesite; Digital Dictation; InterAction; Workshare; Laserforms;
- Blackberry and other mobile devices.
Shifts:
This role requires shift work including night shifts. The earliest day shift will start at 06:30 and the latest end point is at 18:00.
The night shift is on a 2 in 8 week rota and will be home based, however, in extreme circumstances it may be required to visit the office.

This position is based in North West London and will pay a salary of up to £30,000.
